In this case, the unused and undamaged goods must be returned in the original packaging within the next 14 days. The purchase price for the returned goods will be refunded to the buyer&#039;s bank account no later than 14 days. Any return costs will be covered by the buyer.<br \/>Items that cannot be returned by mail due to their nature will be collected by a delivery service designated by the seller upon the seller&#039;s request. The buyer can claim the guarantee directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center. The buyer can claim the guarantee with the warranty card and the seller&#039;s invoice.<br \/>The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the item will be replaced with another, equivalent and flawless item.
