Cene
Vse cene izdelkov so navedene v EUR in vključujejo davek na dodano vrednost (DDV). Cene so zagotovljene za dan naročila in se lahko dnevno spremenijo, brez predhodnega obvestila.
Cene “namesto” so stare prodajne cene artiklov v naših trgovinah.
Naročila – koraki nakupa
- Blago lahko naročate 7 dni v tednu in 24 ur na dan. Preden naročite blago, lahko popravljate vsebino naročila v nakupovalni košarici. V košarici lahko izdelke dodajate, spreminjate količino in brišete posamezne izdelke. Če ste prepričani, da želite izdelke, ki jih imate v nakupovalni košarici kupiti, klikni »izvedi naročilo«. V primeru, da kupujete prvič kliknite na gumb »ustvari račun«. V kolikor ste že registrirani, vpišite samo naslov elektronske pošte in svoje geslo. Kot registriran uporabnik boste lahko pregledovali svoja naročila. Preverite pravilnost naslova dostave in svojo telefonsko številko zaradi komunikacije ob dostavi pošiljke. V meniju dostava si lahko ogledate morebitne stroške dostave. Nakup potrdite s klikom na »potrditev naročila«. Potrditev naročila boste takoj prejeli na vpisan elektronski naslov.
Nekatere artikle, ki niso na zalogi je možno naročiti. Te artikle naročate preko elektronske pošte ali telefona in jih prevzamete v naši poslovalnici na wakeparku dooplek. - Naročilo potrjeno – pogodba sklenjena Ponudnik naročilo pregleda v največ 48 urah, preveri dobavljivost in naročilo potrdi ali z razlogom zavrne. Ponudnik si pridružuje pravico, da pokliče uporabnika na njegovo telefonsko številko.
Ponudnik v obljubljenem roku zapakira in odpošlje blago s priloženim originalnim računom in morebitnimi navodili in garancijskim listom. - Shranjevanje naročila oziroma pogodbe Potrjeno naročilo oziroma pogodba je v elektronski obliki shranjeno na strežniku podjetja Ollie sport d.o.o. Kupec lahko dobi kopijo pogodbe z zahtevo po elektronski pošti na naslov info@olliesport.com.
Payment and fast delivery
For the area of Slovenia and Croatia, the buyer can choose the following payment methods during the ordering process:
- by cash upon receipt of goods (on delivery)
- by transfer to the account (of the provider)
- after issuing a pro forma invoice with a credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa)
- via PayPal (allows the use of credit and debit cards such as Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa, etc.)
We guarantee immediate delivery (within three working days) of all ordered goods from our stock. All items marked with a shopping cart during your purchase process are currently in stock in our store. An exception may only occur in cases of multiple simultaneous orders of the last items. In this case, the first order placed has priority for first delivery. Of course, we will try, if possible, to also deliver the remaining orders. On the day of delivery, our delivery service will notify you of its arrival via SMS 2-3 hours before delivery.

Delivery is free for all orders over €100, while delivery costs for orders under €100.00 are €5.00 for Slovenia and €10.00 for Croatia.
Return of goods
The buyer may return the ordered goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. It is also sufficient for the buyer to notify us in writing within 14 days that they withdraw from the order, without having to state the reason for their decision. In this case, the unused and undamaged goods must be returned in the original packaging within the next 14 days. The purchase price for the returned goods will be refunded to the buyer's bank account no later than 14 days. Any return costs will be covered by the buyer.
Items that cannot be returned by mail due to their nature will be collected by a delivery service designated by the seller upon the seller's request. The costs of returning the items will be borne by the buyer.
Return of damaged shipments
If the package is damaged, missing contents or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery company (Slovenian Post or DPD). Together we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
Complaint
If the goods do not have the properties that the seller explicitly promised, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color, or the goods otherwise deviate from the buyer's order, then the buyer can file a complaint. After prior agreement with the seller, it is possible to return the goods by mail, otherwise you can bring them to the store in person.
Warranty
The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the flawless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the guarantee directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center. The buyer can claim the guarantee with the warranty card and the seller's invoice.
The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the item will be replaced with another, equivalent and flawless item. The buyer can also claim the warranty from the seller, but in this case the provision from the previous paragraph also applies.
The return of goods under warranty is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card.
If you want to return the shipment at our expense, this must be agreed upon in advance.

V primeru, da koda ni pravilna vam bo sistem javil, da ste vpisali napačno kodo
* Uporabite lahko več darilnih bonov za posamezen nakup. Menjava darilnega bona za gotovino ni mogoča. V določenih primerih darilnih bonov ni mogoče kombinirati s promocijskimi kodami. Darilni bon je unovčljiv eno leto od datuma/dneva nakupa.
Pritožbe in spori
Ponudnik spoštuje veljavno zakonodajo o varstvu potrošnikov. Ponudnik mora v 5 delovnih dneh potrditi, da je prejel pritožbo in kupca obveščati, o poteku postopka. Ponudnik se zaveda, da je bistvena značilnost potrošniškega spora, vsaj kar zadeva sodno reševanje, njegova nesorazmernost med ekonomsko vrednostjo zahtevka in stroški, ki nastanejo pri reševanju samega spora. To je tudi glavna ovira, da potrošnik ne sproži spora pred sodiščem. Zato se ponudnik prizadeva po svojih najboljših močeh, da se morebitni spori rešijo sporazumno..

Emails obtained before May 28, 2018 are stored for the purpose of proof of information or purchases in the event of a legal dispute and are kept for as long as required by law.
